The Dallas location will join a porIolio of Sant Ambroeus restaurants, coffee bars, and gelaterias in coveted destinations including New York, Aspen, Palm Beach, Milan and Paris. The approximately 7,800 square foot restaurant will offer all-day dining and dedicated outdoor patio season. The restaurant is the first restaurant tenant to be announced in the Knox Street development, a four-acre mixed-use luxury lifestyle development located adjacent to the Katy Trail. The development will be anchored by an Auberge Resorts Collec=on hotel and private residences, and also include a luxury multi-family residential building, a boutique office building, and dynamic new restaurant and retail offerings.
