From what was one of the country’s most active train station depots for the historic “KTY” railroad in the 1800’s, to what is now the city’s scenic Katy Trail greenbelt today and home to top contemporary brands, Knox Street remains a destination for locals and visitors alike to live, stay and discover. As a passionate collective of revered stakeholders and stewards in the community, every aspect of who we are is based on collaborating with world-class operators, brands, and community partners to cultivate a truly distinct sense of place to experience.
The Future
Opening in 2026, the latest phase of development for the neighborhood includes a million-square-foot mixed-use project anchored by the Knox Hotel & Residences, Auberge Collection, numerous new retailers, including DÔEN, STAUD, TOTEME, and TWP, and several dining concepts, including Sant Ambroeus. In addition, newly constructed residences and offices will feature some of the city’s most sought-after spaces for living, working, and enjoying Knox Street. Stay tuned for more of what’s to come.
